Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the department in talent recruitment, screening, and interview arrangements for the European and American markets;

2. Manage candidate information, conduct initial communication and background checks;

3. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to ensure efficient recruitment processes;

4. Provide support and advice on labor laws, talent market trends, and cultural differences in the European and American markets;

5. Assist in compiling and analyzing recruitment data and writing recruitment and personnel reports;

6. Collaborate with the team to complete other human resources-related tasks.

Job Requirements:

1. Native English speaker, with practical understanding and knowledge of European and American (especially European) culture, markets, and social environments;

2. Age 23-33, no university degree required (those with a background in mathematics, science, or engineering are preferred);

3. Basic human resources/recruitment experience, with a basic professional foundation;

4. Excellent learning and comprehension abilities, able to quickly grasp new knowledge and adapt to work processes;

5. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to independently write documents, emails, and reports;

6. Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, meticulousness, and rigorousness. Bonus points:
1. Previous work experience in European or American companies or teams;
2. Familiarity with ATS (Admissions Management System) or related HR software;
3. Systematic understanding of the recruitment process and ability to independently execute recruitment tasks.
