Senior VIP Account Manager French

The VIP Manager will manage a portfolio of clients who demand the very best experience and customer care, it is your job to anticipate needs and build an experience that surpasses their own high expectations. You will be empowered to tailor a contact approach which includes events, gifts, experiences and providing proactive support, ensuring our VIP customers remain loyal.
We are looking for a multi-tasking individual who joins the team and actively assists and takes part and pride in implementing, improving, and maintaining all customer facing communication, across all departments.
• Main point of contact for French VIP players.
• Retention and re-activation of VIP player accounts.
• Monitor player performance and ensure that bonuses are offered in line with business & regulatory requirements.
• Implement targeted campaigns aimed at increasing the lifetime value of loyalty players.
• Support VIP players across multiple brands via phone and email and provide professional, friendly support at all times by ensuring that our players are our number one priority.
• Manage 2 junior VIP account managers in the near future
• Someone who can speak French on a native level
• At least 1-3 years’ experience as a VIP account manager in the online gaming industry.
• Passionate about identifying VIP customer needs and providing first contact resolution.
• A data-centric learner, keen to test and evaluate innovative ideas and their impact on core loyalty metrics
• Ambitious, eager and ready to learn.
• Someone with a good understanding of the Casino industry.
• Experience in telemarketing is a plus.
