Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the Director in formulating overall game product strategy and release schedules, overseeing execution across specific product lines;
2. Lead requirement definition, feature planning, and R&D coordination for key projects to ensure timely launches;
3. Manage daily operations of the product team, including goal setting, resource allocation, and performance evaluation;
4. Track core product metrics (retention, monetization, DAU, etc.) to continuously optimize user experience and monetization efficiency;
5. Participate in cross-departmental decision-making meetings to drive games from proof-of-concept to global operations.
Requirements
1. 5+ years in the gaming industry, including at least 3+ years as Lead Designer or Product Lead;
2. Proficiency with high-monetization game genres;
3. Foreign nationality, European citizenship preferred;
4. Deep understanding of the European BC game market;
5. Independent operational experience with game products in Europe;
6. Ability to comprehend Chinese language content preferred;
(Bonus Points)
1. Cross-platform product design experience for App/Web;
2. Familiarity with collaboration workflows for Unity, Cocos, and other common engines.
Total Compensation Range: AED 25,000–35,000

Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off (Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–6:30 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
