Responsibilities:
•Take charge of setting up strategic direction in accordance with company goals and targets
•Manage the affiliate department and leading every individual reaching their personal targets
•Further development of existing clients and generating new business
•Track and analyse the results of the campaign and suggest improvements
•Conduct constant competitor analysis to improve company product and strategy
•Responsible for the affiliate deals optimization and revenues of the company
•Represent the company interests in every conference or events related to our industry
•Monthly reports on clients’ accounts activity
•Conduct regular meetings (including but not limited to monthly 1:2:1's, performance reviews, weekly catch ups etc)
•Lead by example, inspire and motivate the Affiliate department
•Lead the hiring process and supervise the department
•Any other reasonable tasks necessary for you to carry out your role effectively and efficiently
•Oversee the entire account managing including:
oCollecting the missing payments
oInvoicing the Affiliate platforms
oConstant improvement of Insertion orders templates
oCoordinating the emailing campaigns. Tracking and analysing the results of the campaign and suggest improvements

Requirements:

•Experience in the iGaming would be considered as an asset
•Strong knowledge of the Gaming industry
•At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
•Strong management and leadership skills
•‘’Outside the box’’ thinker
•Affable and comfortable in networking events
•Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
•Excellent analytic skills
•Extremely target driven
•Additional European language would be considered as an asset
