•Responsible for the accounting of the Maltese companies within the group
•Ensure accounts are kept up to date and that the companies adhere to all local regulations and good accounting principles
•Prepare reports for the global head office
•Help employees through onboarding and support our growing team in basic HR matters
•Liaise with the local Corporate Service Provider and auditors
•Support the KYC process when onboarding with new companies
•This role reports to the Managing Director and the Finance Manager responsible for the European offices

Key responsibilities:
•Preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements
•Financial planning and monthly budget management
•Processing of supplier invoices and affiliate payments on a monthly basis
•Keeping track of intercompany balances and transactions
•Preparation of monthly reconciliation reports
•Running the monthly payroll and keeping the payroll software up to date
•HR administration, including submission of employee forms to the relevant authorities, and applying for work permits
•Maintaining a library of KYC documents and liaising with new companies for onboarding
•Maintaining a work environment conducive to striving for a strong performance, collaboration and personal organisational growth

•You are a Qualified Accountant (ACCA or equivalent)
•Give attention to detail
•You are consistent, reliable and work to a high standard
•Work well on your own initiative and with minimal supervision
•You take ownership of your area of work and are pro-active in driving improvements
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for helping others. You are not afraid of taking on new tasks and growing with the role
•Online betting and/or gaming experience desirable, but not required
